    1. Q: How do I place an order?

    A: Detailed instructions can be found here: “Instructions for Ordering Prints and Products”.  Plus, you can always contact us any time and we would be glad to assist with your order.

    1. Q: What type of payment types do you prefer?

    A: PayPal is our preferred payment type.

    1. Q: Do you accept cash or check?

    A: Yes.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

    1. Q: I do not have a PayPal account. What do I do?

    A: For those without a PayPal account.  There is an option to pay with credit card or bank account when you go to the PayPal site.  Please see the “Instructions for Ordering Prints and Products” for more information.  Or read this on the PayPal site.   

    1. Q: Do you accept C.O.D. orders?

    A: With prior approval.  Please contact us for more information.

    1. Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

    A: No

    1. Q: Do you offer free shipping?

    A: Yes.  On select orders over $250 and for orders picked up at our office.

    1. Q: Do you sell packages?

    A: Yes.  We offer several photo print packages.  Details on our “Products” page.

    1. Q: I see watermarks on the online photos. Will my ordered prints be watermarked?

    A: NO.  All watermarks are removed for prints and digital download purchases.

    1. Q: How long does it take to get my order?

    A: Normally 4-5 business days from date of order for processing and shipping.  We do offer faster services for a minimal additional cost.

    1. Q: What if I am not happy with my order?

    A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our prints, products and services.  If you are not happy for any reason, simply contact us and we will give you a refund on your order.  See details on your invoice. 

    1. Q: How long does the Digital Download link stay active?

    A: 12 months from date of purchase.

    1. Q: Will you do special requests for individual athlete photos?

    A: Absolutely.  Please contact us for details.

    1. Q: Do you offer other size prints than listed on website?

    A: Yes.  We can do special orders for just about any size and format.  Please contact us for details.
